Description
This steampunk top hat is around 58.5 cm in circumference, so is suitable for both men with smallish heads and women (unless they have a very small head or want their hats to sit tight). It’s made from felt and decorated with brass cogs and keys, leather pieces, feathers, and plastic buttons and hedgehog decoration. The feathers come from an Australian wood pigeon and a sulphur crested cockatoo. Neither bird was harmed in harvesting the feathers since they were already dead.
